All regular meetings of the authority will be held on the days identified at 6:30 p.m. at Jacksonville Country Club, 100 County Club Road, Jacksonville, IL 62650.
Any person attending in person or by telephone and desiring to be heard are instructed to contact Warren Ribley at (866) 325-7525 by 5:00 pm the day prior to the start of the meeting.
