All regular meetings of the authority will be held on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Jacksonville Country Club, 100 County Club Road, Jacksonville, IL 62650. Meetings held on an as-needed basis.
Any person attending in person or by telephone and desiring to be heard are instructed to contact Warren Ribley at (866) 325-7525 by 5:00 pm the day prior to the start of the meeting.
